How do I verify my bank deposit or card?

In rare circumstances, we may ask you to provide proof of your card or bank account ownership to ensure the safety of your trading account and security of transactions to and from it. There is also a legal requirement from our regulatory body to check any payment activities on our platform, to prevent fraud and financial crimes.

Should we need proof of ownership from you, we will request that you send us a statement from your card issuer that clearly shows:

1. Your full name
2. Previous deposit(s) to Capital.com
3. The bank logo
4. Bank account number/card number

We can accept a colour photo, screenshot or a PDF version of your bank statement. Please ensure the requested information and all four corners of the document are visible.

You may redact any other non-relevant transactions if you wish.
