Withdrawing funds to your bank account

Withdrawing funds to your bank account is quick and easy. Here’s how:

On the app:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap Account > Payments > Withdraw.

3. Select your existing bank account or add a new one.
4. If you’re adding a new account, enter your bank details and upload a PDF bank statement showing:
   • The bank’s logo
   • Your account number and sort code
   • Your full name
5. Once we’ve verified your details, we’ll send you a notification, and you’ll be ready to withdraw funds.

On the web platform:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Live (top right corner) > Withdraw Funds.

3. Select your existing bank account or add a new one.

4. If adding a new account, enter your bank details and upload a PDF bank statement with:
   • The bank’s logo
   • Your account number and sort code
   • Your full name
5. We’ll notify you once your details are verified, and you can then withdraw your funds.
