Why can't I withdraw funds to a specific payment method?

You can withdraw funds up to the amount you deposited via a specific payment method.

How to check your withdrawal limits
In the app, visit: Account > Payments > Withdraw.
On the web, visit: LIVE > Withdraw Funds.

Why do some payment methods have withdrawal limits?
In line with internal policy and subject to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Capital.com is required to return the deposited amount to the original payment method.
The funds will be sent back to the payment method (for example, the credit card or bank account) that you initially used to deposit the funds. For example, if you made a deposit via bank transfer, we will return your funds to your bank account. If you used a credit or debit card, the money will be sent back to that card.
If you wish to withdraw funds to a payment method you can’t see on the list of available methods, please reach out to our client support team at support@capital.com for further instructions.
