If I don't recognise the card that appears, what should I do?

When funding your account with Apple or Google Pay, the card number (or last four digits) and expiry date displayed in our app may differ from your actual card details. This is because Apple and Google Pay generate a tokenised (randomised) card number and expiry date for each transaction, as an additional layer of security.

To view your actual card details:

  • On iOS, go to your Apple Pay Wallet, tap on the relevant card, click on the card number icon at the top of the screen, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
  • On Google Pay, go to the Google Wallet app. At the top, tap the payment card you used for the purchase. You may have to swipe from right to left to find it, then tap the card. At the bottom, tap Details > Virtual account number.

Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you do not recognise a card on your account.
