CFD (or contract for difference) refers to an agreement between a broker and a trader to trade on the difference in price of the underlying asset at the start and end of the contract.
CFD trading enables traders to speculate on the price movements of a variety of financial instruments such as shares, indices, commodities, or currencies without owning the underlying asset.
